You know what good looks like
You are scored against a checklist you have seen, not against someone's mood. The scoring sessions are open to the whole team.
Feedback, not surveillance
Call and ticket reviews exist to teach. Every score comes with a conversation, and you can see your own scores any time.
You can move between teams
Support to quality, quality to team lead, back office to analytics, technical support to engineering. Internal roles are advertised internally first.
The rota is published in advance
Night shifts are paid more and rotated fairly, not permanently handed to whoever complains least.
